on cameraDo you have a phone?!

When the police start talking to you, you should video or audio record the entire conversation.

YOU MAY legally record a police officer performing their official duties while in public.

OFFICERS MAY NOT confiscate your phone, demand to view the footage, or delete the footage without a warrant.

YOU MAY NOT  interfere with the officers duties or physically resist the officer taking your phone. This means you nedd to put a password on your phone so the officer cannot get into the phone to turn off or delete the recording.
